Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan
pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Toraja Utara.
Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui
kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 53 responden, metode pengambilan sampel
menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 26. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai dan, (2) Pengembangan Karir mempunyai pengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini berarti bahwa peluang Kompensasi,
dan Pengembangan Karir pelatihan secara terstruktur, promosi dan menerima gaji sesuai
standar kualitas kerja, menerima insentif, layanan asuransi kesehatan, serta merasa nyaman
pada organisasi, senang bergabung di instansi tersebut, betah berada dan bekerja di instansi.
Faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mendorong pencapaian kinerja pegawai yang berguna bagi
perkembangan kinerja kantor pertanahan kabupaten Toraja Utara.

Abstract: This research aims to test and analyze the influence of compensation and career
development on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Land Office. The research
method uses descriptive and verification, data collection techniques through questionnaires. The
population and research sample were 53 respondents, the sampling method used saturated
sampling. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 26 program.The results of this research show
that: (1) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and,
(2) Career Development has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. This
means that there are opportunities for compensation and career development, structured
training, promotions and receiving salaries according to work quality standards, receiving
incentives, health insurance services, as well as feeling comfortable in the organization, happy
to join the agency, feeling at home and working in the agency. These factors can encourage the
achievement of employee performance which is useful for developing the performance of the
North Toraja district land office.
